At Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty routine. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
